Mako means “fresh” in Tehuelche, the language of our native peoples, from whom we adopted the fire & hot stones cooking method.
Our cuisine is based primarily on the product, making the most of the seasonality of everything that the environment offers us.
A proposal of contemporary Patagonic cuisine that has been awarded by TripAdvisor as the best restaurant in Argentina, with a wine cellar made up of more than 200 labels and more than 40 wineries of the highest excellence.

Mako is strategically located on Av. Del Libertador, the main artery of the town of El Calafate.
It is very easy to access both for vehicles and for those who come walking, since it is close to the vast majority of hotels.
